  • Business Adaptation Training hosted by the Mid-Columbia Economic Resiliency Team on May 14 have put together the main training session, as well as links to the sector specific trainings included in the Phase 1 reopening Virtual Business Response links from May 14.
  • The Oregon Office of Emergency Management has released COVID-19 Non-Health Related FAQs covering a wide range of topics, including blood donation, volunteering, guidance on cloth masks and much, much more. Read the FAQs.

  • Travel Oregon: In an effort to support our partners in a time when up-to-date information is crucial, Travel Oregon has created a toolkit that points to resources from national and state public health organizations to give you all the information you need around COVID-19.

  • Small Business Administration:  Oregon Counties are listed on the SBA’s Economic Injury Development Loan.  For more information visit www.sba.gov.
  • Oregon Community FoundationSupport for nonprofits impacted by Covid-19
  • Eastern Oregon Workforce Board (​​​serving Baker, Grant, Harney, Malheur, Morrow, Umatilla, Union, and Wallowa Counties): Has funding to help area businesses that are at risk of laying off employees due to COVID-19. More information and how to apply at www.eowb.org.
  • Restaurant Employee Relief Fund: Grants will be awarded as soon as possible to those individuals who meet the prescribed eligibility criteria, as reviewed and verified by the NRAEF. Subject to the availability of funds contributed to the Fund, a one-time grant of $500 will be disbursed directly to the applicant following NRAEF’s review and confirmation that their submitted application meets the prescribed guidelines.     • American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI): During this difficult time in our industry, AHLEI is offering the opportunity for hospitality professionals to make good use of their time at home to develop skills that can help take your hospitality career to the next level. Now through April 30, you can access complimentary online training. Employees who are currently furloughed or laid off are eligible to apply for AHLEI certifications as long as they were employed as of March 1, 2020. All other certification eligibility requirements are still in place.
